Design Tribe was founded by designer and consultant Tom Tribe, whose belief in the power of purposeful design has shaped more than two decades in the creative industries.
After years leading brand and digital projects for organisations of every scale, from global NGOs and public sector bodies to ambitious SMEs, Tom built Design Tribe into an independent design consultancy that blends creative craft with strategic clarity. The goal has always been simple: to help organisations look, sound, and perform better through thoughtful design, clear systems, and honest collaboration.
Earlier in his career, Tom worked on behalf of the Welsh Government, providing design advice and guidance to businesses across Wales. He helped them apply design thinking to develop and launch innovative products and services.
Through Design Tribe, he has since partnered with organisations in charities and not-for-profits, life sciences and biotech, energy and renewables and the public sector, guiding teams, simplifying complexity, and ensuring every project connects design thinking with real-world results.
Today, Design Tribe partners with forward-thinking organisations across Wales and the UK, delivering brand identity and WordPress website design and development solutions that are both beautiful and built to perform.
