We have delivered more than twenty-five project websites for solar and battery energy storage schemes across England, Wales and Scotland, alongside branding and digital work for energy businesses and the consultancies that support them. That work ranges from single-site planning applications through to Future Energy Llanwern, a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project.
Working across the energy and renewables sector
Future Energy Llanwern is a 380MW solar project on the Gwent Levels, south of Llanwern near Newport. It is progressing through the Development Consent Order (DCO) process as a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project and is expected to generate enough electricity for around 108,000 homes; comparable to the combined household demand of Newport and Monmouthshire.
We created the project brand and built its bilingual Welsh and English public consultation WordPress website, working alongside Copper Consultancy on the wider communications programme. The site presents the extensive technical and environmental documentation required for statutory consultation in an accessible form for residents, community councils and statutory consultees, while keeping information current as the scheme progresses.

Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project
We have delivered more than twenty-five websites for solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across the UK, working directly with developers and alongside planning and communications consultancies. More than fifteen were delivered for Lighthouse Development Consulting, for whom we also created the company brand and website.
Our renewable energy project experience spans England, Wales and Scotland, from the Highlands and Aberdeenshire to South Wales, Devon, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. Many schemes are developed through project-specific companies, so we do not list them individually.
Each project website needs to explain a technically complex proposal clearly, make consultation and planning documents accessible, and provide a reliable platform for keeping communities informed as the scheme moves through planning. BESS projects can bring additional communication requirements around safety, siting and technical information, which need to be presented just as clearly.
Our work across the energy sector extends beyond individual renewable energy developments. We help energy businesses and contractors build stronger brands and digital platforms, from brand identity and WordPress websites to ongoing design and communications support.
For Cardiff-based Zing Energy, we developed the brand identity and website to support the company’s growth in the energy market. We also work with G&R Electrical, providing ongoing creative and digital support across its brand, website and communications.

In practice that means a clear structure, plain language alongside the technical material, documents published to accessibility standards, and a content management system the project team can use without returning to a developer for every change. It then needs to stay current as the scheme moves through planning, with revised plans, additional documents and responses to points raised locally.
