When you use our contact form, we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number if you provide it, the type of help you need, details of your project and an approximate budget. We use this to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where a project goes ahead, taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you. We also hold information you send us directly by email or phone, for the same purposes.
Form submissions are emailed to us, stored within our website and recorded in Airtable, which we use to manage enquiries. Email is handled by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by WP Engine. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
We keep enquiries and client records for as long as they are useful for our business relationship, our accounts and our legal obligations. We review what we hold from time to time and delete information we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location and the type of device you use. We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam. It collects information about your device and how you interact with the page. This is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
We use Wordfence to protect the site, which records visitors’ IP addresses to block malicious activity. We keep the site, plugins and hosting up to date, and limit access to personal information to those who need it.
Some pages link to other websites, such as our social media profiles and client sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
